Phil Smith – Managing Director

Having founded the company in 1991 as a property developer, Phil was driven by a desire to improve the standard of service within the industry after experiencing first-hand the shortcomings of traditional estate agents.

His depth of knowledge and longstanding presence in the local market have been instrumental in shaping the company’s reputation for professionalism and client care.

Outside of work, Phil is a songwriter and musician, and a keen table tennis player.

Morgan Williams – Sales Manager

Morgan is Sales Manager, bringing a wealth of experience within the property industry.

She specialises in property appraisals and has an excellent understanding of the local market, enabling her to provide accurate, informed advice to clients.

Professional yet personable in her approach, Morgan also benefits from a background in conveyancing, giving her a well-rounded perspective across the entire sales process.

Outside of work, Morgan is an artist working across a range of media, with a love of travelling and boxing.  She brings a real fighting spirit to sales being tenacious, focussed and never backing down until the deal is won. 

Monica Smith - Marketing Manager

Monica is Marketing Manager, working closely with media outlets and the Mayfair office to elevate the company’s profile.

She has an exceptional track record in securing editorial coverage in national publications, including The Times, The Telegraph, The Week, and Horse & Hound.

With a background as a university lecturer in sales and marketing in her home country of Colombia, Monica brings both academic insight and practical expertise to her role.

Outside of work, she enjoys salsa dancing and travelling, bringing colourful energy and creativity into everything she does.

Amanda Jack – Sales Consultant

Amanda is responsible for carrying out sales viewings, bringing valuable experience, local knowledge, and a professional approach to every appointment.

Her background in the fashion industry gives her a strong eye for presentation and detail, helping buyers to truly see the potential in each property.

A natural problem solver with a positive and approachable manner, Amanda ensures viewings are both informative and engaging for prospective buyers.

Outside of work, she is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys yoga, reflecting her energetic and active lifestyle with a calm and focussed centre.

Katie Parfey – Sales Coordinator

Katie supports the team with diary management, ensuring appointments run smoothly and efficiently. She also enjoys carrying out viewings with her bubbly and approachable personality, Katie is a joy to be around and helps create a positive experience for both buyers and sellers alike.

With a varied background spanning the fitness industry and optometry, she brings a wealth of people-focused experience and a natural ability to connect with clients.

Outside of work, she is an artist, producing beautiful acrylic pieces and oil paintings.

Carolyn Pritchard – Director

Carolyn is Director of the company, with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry.

She specialises in residential lettings and is known for her straight-talking approach and ability to resolve complex situations efficiently.

Currently working towards her law degree, Carolyn is committed to continually strengthening her knowledge to better support her clients and navigate an ever-evolving industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Europe through scenic hikes. When in the country you’ll find her in the forest on her mountain bike or gliding across the ice on her skates. Always bringing energy through her drive, resilience and readiness to navigate any terrain to get the job done.

Nicola Evans – Compliance and Maintenance Coordinator

Nicola is responsible for maintenance and compliance within the lettings department, bringing a strong background in bookkeeping and compliance management.

She plays a key role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and all regulatory requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Known for her organised approach and attention to detail, Nicola helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Catherine Shinton – Property Standards Inspector

Catherine is an experienced member of the lettings team, specialising in property inspections and ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard.

She plays an important role in providing clear, detailed feedback to both landlords and tenants, balancing professionalism with all round people skills.

Currently working towards an Open Degree, Catherine is committed to continuing her professional development alongside her role.
